So. Against my better judgement. I decided to get this at work the other day. Wow. Talk about a waste of money. The only decent thing was the wanton soup. And the actual soup sucked, only the wanton were good-ish. So I got my normal meal. Almond chicken. White rice. Gravy on the side. The chicken was your standard lazy Chinese joint chicken. Fried last night or before. Then refried to heat it back up. This really ruins any of the chickens flavor. The gravy was a lighter brown gravy, which I prefer, but it lacked any flavor. No matter how much soy sauce I added, this dish fell flat on its face. Don't eat here. It's that simple

Our regular Chinese restaurant closed so we began a search for another one close by our home. We were surprised we found this place so quickly. The chicken dishes were very good! And very generous portions, too.

I think I love it just because I've been living by energy bars and candies for several days. But actually it really tastes good enough.

This place used to be good up until about a year ago. Then the chicken they used in the dishes went downhill. I figured I would try it once again, and was still unhappy. The chicken must be dark meat, and was very rubbery and chewy. I actually gagged on it, and through the rest of it out. The rice had very little flavor, except for the taste of onion. The only thing that tasted good was the egg roll. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Hopefully they'll read this review and learn from their mistake. My co-workers and I won't be back.

I should not be surprised from the reviews. I took a co-worker there and was embarrassed. The fried rice is mushy and the lo-mein noodles are flavorless. The lunch menu shows chicken lo-mein for for $5.35 but a $1 was added since it is lo-mein, huh! I ask for the lo mein except with thinner noddles but it changed the order. The cook does not seem happy, this is the only way I can put what I want to say lightly. Dining-in means open your carry out box at the table. If you venture to eat there, ask for your other options or they will give you the egg roll. Find some where else. Not good like a few years ago. Never AGAIN.

I agree with John K. I ordered sweet & sour chicken, and it was rubbery and tasted awful. I ate a couple of pieces and threw the rest away. I thought it was impossible to mess up egg drop soup, but this place managed to screw it up. The only positive is that they deliver. If your looking for good Chinese food in this area I would recommend Chinese Gourmet or Jade Garden.

My place to go if I need a Chinese food fix at work. I usually get the garlic Chicken or the steamed dumplings (I substitute spicy garlic sauce for the dipping sauce that normally comes with the dumplings). If you are a fan of garlic, sesame oil and spicy food, I suggest the garlic chicken. The sauce is so good that I order extra sides of it for the stir-fry I make at home. Great service, too!

Great food fast. My family usually gets the Szechuan chicken and Lo Mein noodles. Best Chinese food in the area.

I've been coming to China Fun for about six years. I have been very happy with the food I've gotten there. I normally order the Szechuan Triple. I compare other restaurants to them, I like it that much. The only thing I have heard people complain about is their almond boneless chicken. And I sort of agree with that, for some reason I don't care for it either. But, I don't order it for myself. All in all, it is one of my favorite local Chinese restaurants.

Went here for my first time because I had to stop at the UPS Store..and I was on break. I didn't even end up eating it. The chicken looked disgusting and rubbery, and the bite of rice I did take was gross. Won't go here again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
